Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partnership strategy and roadmap for stablecoin and payment products
- Lead partner product requirements analysis and solution design, translating partner business needs into actionable product specifications
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, establish tiered partnership management frameworks, and drive strategic collaborations
- Design commercial models for partner products including revenue sharing, pricing strategies, and joint go to market plans
- Translate partner requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams
- Lead technical integration and product interfacing efforts with banking partners, payment networks, wallet providers, and blockchain infrastructure providers
- Own the full partner product lifecycle from proof of concept through production deployment
- Establish operational support frameworks for partner products
- Collaborate closely with business development teams to formulate partner expansion strategies
- Represent the company at industry conferences, partner summits, and regulatory communications
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or business development experience in digital assets, fintech, payments, or traditional financial services
- Direct, hands on experience with the full lifecycle of at least one fintech or digital asset partner product
- Familiarity with the stablecoin, blockchain payments, or digital asset ecosystem
- Solid technical aptitude to communicate product requirements and technical solutions with engineering teams
- Excellent commercial communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English as working language
- Results driven with high ownership

Job Overview
- We are seeking a Partnership Product Lead, based in Dubai, to own the partnership strategy, ecosystem development, and end to end product delivery of our stablecoin and payment product lines.
- This is a high impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy and business development.
- You will lead the design of partnership products with banks, payment institutions, wallet providers, and blockchain infrastructure partners.
- This role has clear accountability to deliver towards revenue lines and drive stablecoin circulation and adoption as a key metric.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partnership strategy and roadmap for stablecoin and payment products, covering banking partnerships, payment network access, wallet integrations, and blockchain infrastructure collaborations.
- Lead partner product requirements analysis and solution design, translating partner business needs into actionable product specifications and technical solutions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, establish tiered partnership management frameworks, and drive strategic collaborations from initial engagement to contract signing and execution.
- Design commercial models for partner products, including revenue sharing, pricing strategies, and joint go to market plans.
- Translate partner requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams, driving agile delivery with measurable milestones.
- Lead technical integration and product interfacing efforts with banking partners, payment networks, wallet providers, and blockchain infrastructure providers.
- Own the full partner product lifecycle from proof of concept through production deployment, including testing strategies, security audits, and continuous improvement.
- Establish operational support frameworks for partner products, including technical support processes, issue escalation mechanisms, and SLA management.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or business development experience in digital assets, fintech, payments, or traditional financial services, with proven track record in partner product management or ecosystem development.
- Direct, hands on experience with the full lifecycle of at least one fintech or digital asset partner product—from requirements analysis and solution design to joint delivery and operations.
- Familiarity with the stablecoin, blockchain payments, or digital asset ecosystem, with understanding of key market participants (banks, payment institutions, wallet providers, compliance service providers, etc.).
- Solid technical aptitude—able to effectively communicate product requirements and technical solutions with engineering teams, with understanding of blockchain infrastructure, API integrations, and custody solutions.
- Excellent commercial communication and negotiation skills—able to drive alignment and reach win win partnership solutions in complex partner relationships.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements in the Middle East and major global financial markets is a plus.
- Experience working in cross cultural teams and ability to operate across multiple time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
- Proficiency in English as working language.
