128,635 to 140,849 + 12% SuperFixed Term - Full Time - 2 yearsWe offer a wide range of flexible working arrangements to suit everyone ROLE SUMMARY: The Partnering Agreements & Integration Manager is a leadership role within the Operations Directorate, providing advice and expertise in shaping and influencing effective delivery of operational learning and development programs and initiatives that enable the strategic objectives of VICSES.The Partnering Agreements & Integration Manager will play a key role in the implementation of a multi-year Operational Training Roadmap (OTR) that supports future investment in operational training that develops safe and effective field response members. The OTR is a 5-year strategy which sets out an evidence-based path to build a sustainable training system that enables members to gain, maintain, and apply the skills required to meet our legislative control and support agency obligations to prepare and protect the community.As part of the role there may be meetings outside ordinary hours on weeknights or weekends, additionally occasional travel is a requirement of the role.WHO WE ARE:Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service. Our highly skilled and equipped Volunteers are trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. To minimise the impact of emergencies when they occur and strengthen the community's capacity to recover swiftly and safely, VICSES focuses on working with communities and partners in building resilience to achieve more aware, informed and prepared communities. We support them to understand their risk and the relevance of taking action before, during and after emergency events.As the largest road rescue network in Australia we have specialist teams that provide a 24/7 response to road accident and trauma incidents.
