Position overview
Drive technical alignment, integration stability, and deployment readiness with mobile network operator partners across the Middle East.
Lead partner-facing technical operations across satellite RAN, core, gateway, and BPMS domains.
Coordinate internal teams, partner action items, escalations, readiness KPIs, and regional launch support.
Technical operations and integration
- Lead integration readiness across satellite RAN, core, gateway, and BPMS domains.
- Validate interface behaviour, interoperability, configuration flows, and KPIs across partner environments.
- Oversee partner onboarding, interoperability testing, and pre-launch technical readiness.
Alignment and issue resolution
- Coordinate engineering, service assurance, operations, deployment, and planning teams on regional requirements.
- Drive closure of partner action items and maintain reporting on progress, blockers, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for partner technical issues affecting integration stability or service readiness.
- Coordinate incident resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and recurring-issue follow-up.
Readiness and stakeholder support
- Define, track, and publish readiness KPIs aligned with regional conditions and integration milestones.
- Maintain accurate integration documentation, interface specifications, and technical deliverables.
- Provide readiness updates to leadership and regional stakeholder groups.
- Support partner meetings, workshops, pilots, pre-sales discussions, deployment sequencing, and launch planning.
Continuous improvement
- Recommend improvements to onboarding processes, readiness dashboards, documentation, and testing frameworks.
- Apply integration best practices while accommodating regional requirements and improving partner outcomes.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Five to eight years of experience in telecom integration, partner technical operations, solution engineering, or network deployment is required.
- Experience with mobile network operators, telecom vendors, or network operators in the Middle East is required.
- Experience coordinating multi-market technical readiness or integration programs is required.
Preferred qualifications
- An advanced degree or specialised telecom certification is a plus.
- Satellite-enabled network integration experience, multi-vendor or multi-operator exposure, and regional regulatory familiarity are preferred.
Technology and capabilities
- Experience with telecom monitoring, diagnostics, signalling analysis, ITSM, ticketing, KPI dashboards, data visualisation, collaboration, and documentation tools.
- Jira, ServiceNow, Grafana, Kibana, Power BI, Confluence, and SharePoint are examples of relevant tools.
- Basic familiarity with Python or Bash is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, cross-functional collaboration, structured problem solving, and attention to detail are required.
Working conditions
- The role may operate in a standard office or remote environment and requires extended computer use.
- Collaboration across Middle East and US time zones is expected.
- Travel within the region may be required for partner workshops, testing cycles, and integration reviews.
