About the Role
SOL Dubai is seeking a Partner Relations Executive for exhibition-related partner and vendor coordination.
The role manages relationships with partners, vendors, fabricators, agencies, contractors, and other business associates.
The position supports business growth and smooth project execution through communication, coordination, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Coordinate with exhibition contractors, fabricators, suppliers, agencies, and business partners.
- Discuss requirements, capabilities, pricing, and availability with partners.
- Identify and onboard new partners based on business needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and service requirements.
- Maintain partner databases and coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Project Management.
- Follow up for quotations, proposals, documents, and project requirements.
- Resolve partner issues and monitor performance, quality, responsiveness, and timelines.
- Support partnership opportunities and maintain professional documentation of interactions.
