About the Role
Teale is looking for licensed psychologists in the UAE to provide online therapy to employees of client companies. You must have a DHA, DOH, or MOH license, 3+ years of clinical practice, and fluency in Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Provide online consultations to employees whose companies partner with teale, on the slots you choose to open
- Conduct mostly brief, goal oriented, evidence based work with full clinical ownership of your sessions
- Set your availability, pace, and methods; teale provides clients, booking and video tool
- Invoice teale monthly for the sessions you've conducted
Requirements
- Psychology degree licensed in the UAE (DHA, DOH, or MOH)
- 3+ years of clinical practice and broad, autonomous clinical judgment
- Solid grounding in evidence based approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, IPT)
- Confidence managing clinical risk online, including suicidal ideation: assessment, safety planning, and escalation
- Consultations in Arabic, ideally English too
- Comfort with teleconsultation
- Crisis or post trauma expertise (preferred)
- In person sessions in Abu Dhabi or Dubai (a plus)
