About Us & The Role

  • Seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to lead partner onboarding and enablement initiatives.
  • Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partner enablement strategies, learning programs, and onboarding frameworks.
  • Lead end to end partner onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning programs.
  • Collaborate with channel sales, product management, marketing, and customer success to develop enablement content.
  • Create and maintain partner playbooks, sales guides, technical documentation, and training materials.
  • Monitor KPIs including onboarding completion, certification rates, partner engagement, and channel revenue growth.
  • Analyze partner feedback and learning outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage partner learning platforms, LMS, partner portals, and knowledge management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through AI powered learning technologies and digital enablement platforms.
  • Support partner sales readiness with product launches and go to market enablement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM, PRM, LMS, ERP, Power BI, and analytics tools.
  • Prepare enablement reports, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications in Learning & Development, Channel Management, or Sales Enablement advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing partner onboarding or enablement initiatives preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot), PRM, LMS, and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with AI powered learning platforms and digital adoption solutions advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
