Partner Enablement Manager

Reporting to the VP, Alliances, Partners & Channels, you will work to ensure our partners teams are trained, incentivized, and excited to position and deliver Netomi solutions.

This role is critical to scaling Netomi’s partner ecosystem—ensuring our partners are not just trained, but activated, aligned, and driving meaningful revenue and customer impact.

• Design and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partners
• Deliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Build scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform
• Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gaps

• Drive awareness and adoption within top-tier partners
• Ensure Netomi is top-of-mind and embedded (“sticky”) within partner teams
• Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partners
• Act as a key connector between partners and internal teams

• Clearly communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners
• Help structure and promote certifications, incentives, and growth pathways
• Support partner-led opportunities across strategic accounts

• Own program operations including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progress
