Description of Work
Downstack pallets of grocery, electronically scan product, rebuild pallet according to company guidelines.
Any combination of education, training and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to work without immediate supervision.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to employ a full range of motion for arms, legs, neck and back requiring strength and endurance; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, pinch, grip, grasp or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, sometimes overhead or to areas of limited access, and including a full reach of 84”; climb or balance; bend or twist and turn; stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl; see; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 110 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Aerobic requirements are very heavy; cardiac IA, with RF age 40+, FVC/FEV1 80% and ATS Grade 0.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision of 20/40 better eye with a field of 125°, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Other requirements of this job include a low risk for loss of consciousness due to neurologic, diabetic or cardiac conditions; no undiagnosed or unstable conditions; no medication effects; and potential pregnancy limits may apply.
The employee may also be required to work 12+ hours a day for 4-5 consecutive days, with possible overtime and/or rotating shifts.
The communication requirements of this job include recognition of auditory sounds and signals; verbal communication and written symbols; verbal/visual analysis of information using some judgment; supervised individual work and some coordination of group work to ensure task completion.
