Role Overview
Starbucks Australia is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Tarneit.
The position is permanent part-time with guaranteed hours and paid leave entitlements.
The supervisor helps keep the store operating smoothly and leads the team during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift.
- Coach team members and delegate daily tasks.
- Role-model high-quality customer service.
- Create meaningful connections with customers and baristas.
- Direct the work of others and support store operations.
Candidate Profile
- Leadership experience in hospitality or a quick-service restaurant environment is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to learn quickly and direct the work of others.
- The role seeks energy, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a passion for customer connections.
- No prior coffee experience is required.
