Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects in the UAE market
- Identify new business opportunities and present CALIM’s services
- Follow up on leads to grow the client base
- Conduct market research and prepare/deliver sales presentations
- Support proposal development and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs
- Manage a sales pipeline and track customer interactions
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings
Requirements
- Interest and capability to work on success commission basis
- Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic inventory control or record keeping skills to manage sales documentation and client information
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, construction, or related industries within the GCC market
- Ability to work on site in UAE based clients and to travel within the region if required
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Part time Sales Representative – UAE will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in the UAE market.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting CALIM’s services, and following up on leads to grow the client base.
