Signature Associates is hiring a Part Time Sales Representative on a freelance basis to generate qualified leads in KSA and UAE markets. The role involves cold outreach, CRM management, and event attendance.

Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads via cold and warm outreach through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Conduct outreach in Arabic and English as appropriate
- Research and contact prospects ahead of networking events
- Fill webinar seats and Signature hosted events through targeted outreach campaigns
- Follow up with all webinar and event attendees within 24–48 hours
- Maintain clean, up to date HubSpot CRM with accurate contact records and pipeline stages
- Qualify prospects and coordinate smooth handover to senior management
- Attend relevant KSA and UAE business events, trade fairs, and HR forums
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) — non negotiable
- Previous sales or business development experience in the Gulf
- Must hold the right to work as a freelancer in KSA and UAE without sponsorship
- Ability to invoice as a freelancer or through own business entity

Purpose of this role
- Generate qualified leads and build a consistent pipeline for Signature Associates across KSA and UAE markets.
- Target SMEs and corporates lacking in house HR expertise, as well as project based HR work.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Cold and warm outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to KSA and UAE decision makers.
- Conduct outreach in Arabic and English as appropriate.
- Research and contact prospects ahead of networking events.
- Fill webinar seats and Signature hosted events through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with all webinar and event attendees within 24–48 hours.
- Identify and develop new lead sources including business councils and chambers of commerce.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a clean, fully up to date HubSpot CRM with accurate contact records and pipeline stages.
- Log all calls, emails, and meetings on the same day.
- Flag prospects with future potential and schedule proactive re engagement.
- Provide pipeline updates at agreed weekly check ins with senior management.
Qualification & Handover
- Qualify prospects — understand their size, current HR setup, pain points, and readiness to engage.
- Identify the right moment to involve senior management for consultative discussions and closing.
- Coordinate a smooth, documented handover so senior management can close effectively.
Market & Events Presence
- Attend relevant KSA and UAE business events, trade fairs, and HR forums.
- Represent Signature Associates professionally at in person and virtual events.
- Support event logistics and promotion in coordination with the Marketing Executive.
Scope Clarification
- Consultative selling, contract negotiation, closing, and account management remain with senior management.
Requirements

- Previous sales or business development experience in the Gulf.
Engagement Terms
- This is a Part Time/ Freelancer engagement only.
- Candidates must already hold the right to work and operate as a freelancer in KSA and UAE.
- No employment benefits, visa support, or sponsorship is included.
- Day rate or retainer to be agreed prior to start date.
- Commission structure based on pipeline contribution and closed revenue.
