About vdealers
vDealers is a new platform dedicated to the used car market in Dubai, connecting used car dealers with buyers.
We are at a pivotal launch stage and looking for a driven sales professional with direct roots in the used car industry to help us onboard our first wave of dealers onto the platform.
The mission
This is a short, focused mission of 1 to 2 weeks.
Your objective is to bring an initial batch of used car dealers into the vDealers program as quickly as possible.
You will use your existing network and field sales experience to identify, approach, and onboard dealers.
Speed and execution are everything.
What You Will Do
- Leverage your existing contacts within the used car dealer community in Dubai and the UAE
- Visit dealerships and present the vdealers program in person
- Guide dealers through the onboarding process from first contact to activation
- Report progress regularly and work toward the agreed target within the mission window
- What we are looking for
- Proven experience in the used car industry in Dubai as a dealer, sales rep, or business developer
- An active and trusted network among used car dealers in the UAE
- Fluency in both Arabic and English — this is a must
- Available immediately and able to hit the ground running
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills
- Based in Dubai as this is a field role requiring in-person dealership visits
- Remuneration
- Fixed fee (to be agreed) plus performance-based commission per dealer successfully onboarded.
- The more dealers you bring in, the more you earn.
