Opportunity
The part-time Retail Sales Associate supports customer satisfaction and store operations at the Marshalls store in North Wales, Pennsylvania.
The role may be cross-trained across multiple store areas to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and deliver a highly satisfied customer experience.
- Process purchases and returns accurately and promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
- Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Support loss prevention and shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Follow labor laws, company policies, operational procedures, and safety practices.
- Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors and respond to changing store needs.
