Position Overview
Daniels Gateway, the rental division of The Daniels Corporation, is seeking a part-time Property Administrator in Toronto.
The role reports to the Portfolio Manager, supports the property team, and serves as a first point of contact for resident inquiries.
The advertised rate is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, determined based on experience, skills, education, training, and organizational needs.
Customer Service
- Handle resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Respond to resident communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Administration and Reporting
- Receive, sort, inspect, and stamp rent cheques for deposit.
- Accept and assist with reviewing and completing lease applications.
- Prepare notices and other resident correspondence for the Building Superintendent.
- Provide leasing-agent support by delivering resident notices and booking appointments.
- Administer tenant files and leases.
