Bon Education is seeking a part-time Program Recruitment Coordinator to support youth engagement, empowerment, and workforce-readiness programs.

Location
- The role is based in the UAE and work will be conducted remotely.
Recruitment and outreach
- Support recruitment of schools, teachers, and students for programs.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and in-person visits using sales and persuasion techniques.
- Build relationships with schools, teachers, students, and other stakeholders.
- Manage registration processes and maintain accurate participant records.
Engagement and program support
- Coordinate participant communications through email, WhatsApp groups, and other channels in English and Arabic.
- Assist with virtual and in-person program sessions, including invitations, attendance, and follow-ups.
- Respond to participant and partner inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
Data and general support
- Track daily calls and outcomes against targets.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the program manager and wider team.
Desired skills and requirements
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, phone, writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively through virtual teamwork applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment.
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Interest in education is useful, while knowledge of educational programs is advantageous.
