Rumi Saray Restaurant is looking for a reliable part-time IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage all IT matters for the restaurant. The role involves networking, POS systems, online platforms, Google Workspace, and vendor coordination, with weekly site visits and remote support.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the restaurant’s internet connection and network infrastructure
- Support and troubleshoot the restaurant POS system and ensure proper connections to printers and payment terminals
- Manage and support all restaurant related online platforms including reservation systems, delivery platforms, and QR menus
- Manage company Google accounts, Gmail, Google Workspace access, and recovery information
- Track and manage domain names, hosting accounts, SSL certificates, and annual renewals
- Maintain and troubleshoot telephone lines, VOIP systems, and communication devices
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and recommend repairs or upgrades
- Ensure company systems are protected with strong passwords and basic cybersecurity measures
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical issues and renewals
- Visit the restaurant at least once per week for physical inspection and preventive checks
- Submit a simple monthly IT report covering issues resolved, pending matters, and upcoming renewals
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, hotel, retail, or hospitality IT support
- Strong knowledge of networking, routers, switches, Wi Fi, firewalls, cabling, and IP configuration
- Experience with POS systems, receipt printers, kitchen printers, payment terminal connections, and restaurant operations technology
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Gmail, domains, hosting, websites, and account management
- Experience managing or supporting delivery platforms, reservation platforms, QR menus, and online ordering systems
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Reliable, responsive, organized, and able to attend the site when required
- Good communication skills and ability to report clearly to management

Role Overview
- Rumi Saray Restaurant L.L.C is looking to hire a reliable and experienced part time IT Support & Systems Coordinator / IT Manager to oversee and manage all IT related matters for the restaurant.
- The role is not a full time position. The selected candidate will work on a part time or monthly retainer basis, with scheduled site visits and remote/on call support whenever required.
- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or F&B IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the restaurant’s internet connection.
- Coordinate with internet service providers such as DU, Etisalat, or any other provider when required.
- Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, Wi Fi access points, and network cabling.
- Ensure stable internet and Wi Fi coverage across the restaurant.
- Manage separate networks for admin, POS, staff, and guest Wi Fi where required.
- Troubleshoot network issues, weak signals, disconnections, cabling problems, and IP conflicts.
- Ensure the network is secure and properly maintained.
- Support and troubleshoot the restaurant POS system.
- Ensure proper connection between POS terminals, kitchen printers, cashier printers, receipt printers, and order printers.
- Troubleshoot printer errors, disconnections, IP issues, and printing delays.
- Coordinate with POS providers for technical support, configuration, updates, and system issues.
- Support integration between POS, payment terminals, delivery platforms, reservation platforms, and reporting systems.
Required Skills & Experience
