Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly
- Manage and maintain LAN/Wi Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity
- Provide support for medical software, including installation, troubleshooting, updates, backups, and user assistance
- Configure and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email accounts, and shared network resources
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and regular backups
- Coordinate with third party vendors for software licensing, internet services, and hardware repairs
- Provide on site and remote technical support when required
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory of hardware and software assets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical clinic environment
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, Routers, Switches, VPN)
- Experience with medical/clinic management software (EMR/HIS systems an advantage)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Working Hours
- Part Time (Flexible Schedule).
- On site support with availability for emergency technical issues when required.
