PART TIME - Ice Resurfacer Operator/Maintenance Service Worker - SONO ICEHOUSE

In this position, you will perform general maintenance and custodial duties at SONO Icehouse.

This is a part-time position with option of benefits averaging 20 hours a week. Additional hours may be scheduled as needs arise. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function in the performance of this job.

Essential Job Functions:

* General Ice Maintenance Including

* Resurfacing

* Edging

* General Maintenance of Building Including

* General Facility Maintenance & Repairs

* Assist Front Desk Staff & Customer Service related

duties when it gets busy.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANIDATES WHO DEMOSTRATE:

Knowledge of:

*Ice Maintenance procedures and standards

*Facility Maintenance procedures & standards

Ability to:

*Establish and maintain effective working relationships

*Communicate clearly & concisely. orally and in writing

*Work Independently with little to no supervision

Qualifications:

* Equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade (high school diploma or GED)

ADDITONAL INFORMATION:

This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently. Walking & Standing to a significant degree. Also, atmosphere is on the colder side.
