Role Overview
Edoxi Training Center is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable part-time HR Trainer.
The trainer will deliver CHRM and CHRP programs to HR professionals and aspiring HR practitioners.
The role requires practical HR experience, strong facilitation skills, and knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CHRM and CHRP training programs.
- Develop engaging, structured, practical, and industry-relevant training sessions.
- Use real-world examples, case studies, and practical scenarios to explain HR concepts.
- Cover recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and talent management.
- Provide guidance on Qatar Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
- Assess learner understanding and provide feedback and guidance.
- Support exam preparation and certification-related guidance where required.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional HR experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Trainer, Facilitator, HR Consultant, or HR Professional.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations.
