- Help improve employee engagement and productivity
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee attendance and HR documentation
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Support management with HR and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, or Office Administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed or LinkedIn is an advantage
