VIA SAKAN is hiring a part-time Finance & Recruitment Executive in Abu Dhabi to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, VAT compliance, and recruitment tasks including sourcing and interviewing.

Responsibilities
- Handle day to day bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cash flow updates
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure VAT compliance and support audit preparation
- Write and publish job postings across LinkedIn and relevant platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Support smooth onboarding once candidates are selected
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 3 years of combined or individual experience in finance and/or recruitment
- Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, or similar hiring platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero), and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage both functions simultaneously
- Self motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
