Job Overview

  • Part Time Finance & Recruitment Executive
  • Dual role opportunity supporting finance operations and talent acquisition
  • Based in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

  • Finance: Handle day to day bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cash flow updates
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure VAT compliance and support audit preparation
  • Recruitment: Write and publish job postings across LinkedIn and relevant platforms
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Support smooth onboarding once candidates are selected

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 3 years of combined or individual experience in finance and/or recruitment
  • Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, or similar hiring platforms
  • Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero), and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage both functions simultaneously
  • Self motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
