About the Role
QIMA seeks an APSCA-registered CSCA Ethical Auditor to conduct unannounced audits of manufacturing sites in Laos, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, and environmental standards.

- Audit manufacturing sites of clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other areas according to applicable standards
- Record all findings in detailed reports and deliver to the client
- Approach audits with utmost integrity
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related major
- APSCA registered at CSCA level
- Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C TPAT/WRAP/BSCI
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing
- Experience in Environmental Audit
- SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months
- Good command of English (spoken and written)

- Be alert to violations, stay vigilant when dealing with factory management, and record all findings in detailed reports.
- Approach job with utmost integrity.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related major.
- APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C TPAT/WRAP/BSCI.
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing.
- Experience in Environmental Audit.
- SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
