- Flexible, part-time hours — ideal if you’re looking for meaningful work just a few days a week.
- Shifts are 2–3 days per week, approximately 4 hours each.
- Support takes place both at home and out in the community.
- Activities may include musicals, theater, coffee outings, or social gatherings — you’ll be there to encourage and help her engage fully.
- Provide positive, thoughtful behavioral support
- Encourage skill-building and independence
- Support community engagement and social opportunities
- Collaborate on creative approaches to everyday challenges
- Be a consistent and encouraging presence
- Experience supporting individuals with OCD, Autism, or other developmental/mental health needs
- At least 1 year as a caregiver, TSS, PCA, or in a similar role
- Strong teaching and coaching skills — you enjoy helping others learn and grow
- Creativity, flexibility, patience, and reliability
- Job coaching certification (CESP/ACRE) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work
- OR NADD Competency-Based Certification for Dual Diagnosis IDD/MI
- OR current RBT certification
- $37/hour starting rate
- Mileage reimbursed at the federal rate
