Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and the ability to prepare students to successfully pass the CPHQ exam.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality CPHQ training sessions (online or in-person).
- Teach the full CPHQ curriculum, including healthcare quality, performance improvement, patient safety, leadership, and information management.
- Guide students with exam strategies, practice questions, and study material.
- Provide regular doubt-clearing sessions and learner support.
- Assess student performance and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and engaging training environment.
• CPHQ Certification (preferred)
- Previous training/teaching experience preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on a flexible part-time schedule
- Based in UAE preferred
• Part-time And Freelance
- Flexible hours (evenings or weekends possible)
