We are looking for an experienced Parking Manager to oversee parking operations across multiple projects in Riyadh. You will manage parking systems, revenue control, and teams to ensure operational excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations
- Manage parking systems, access control, and parking technologies (LPR, RFID, barriers, ticketing systems)
- Monitor parking revenue and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, client requirements, and safety standards
- Lead and supervise parking teams, including supervisors, cashiers, and attendants
- Resolve customer issues and drive continuous operational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Parking Operations, Facility Management, Transportation Operations, or a related field
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience managing multi site parking operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of parking technologies, access control systems, and revenue management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
