Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook different varieties of parathas according to standard recipes and quality requirements
- Mix, knead, and portion dough for parathas and other bread items
- Roll, shape, stuff, and cook parathas while maintaining consistency in size, taste, and presentation
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stored, and handled according to food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor cooking temperatures and cooking times to ensure product quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use
- Manage inventory of flour, spices, vegetables, and other ingredients; report shortages to the supervisor
- Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards at all times
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as assigned
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of orders

Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,800 AED 2,000 per month
