Emergency Medical Services DATE POSTED : August 27, 2026 CLOSING DATE : October 9, 2026 HIRING RANGE: $29.25/hr - $44.30/hr POSITION NUMBER: Multiple Positions JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, Non-Exempt This position is eligible for $6,000 Sign on Bonus THERE ARE MULTIPLE FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Performs responsible work in rendering emergency and non-emergency medical care and life-saving measures to critically ill or injured persons of all ages on basic and advanced life support levels. Requires successful completion of the North Carolina State Emergency Medical Services training program or an equivalent training program. Employment is contingent on passing an assessment center, physical agility test, pre-employment drug screen, skills validation program, clinical and operational clearance during the year-long probationary period. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Requires successful completion of the North Carolina State Emergency Medical Services Paramedic certification program or equivalent training program. SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES Must have a valid NC driver's license with a three year acceptable driving record. You must meet the minimum requirements for the position in order for your application to be forwarded to EMS by Human Resources.
