Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft/format legal documents
- Organize case files and review/summarize contracts and pleadings
- Assist with preparation of court bundles and regulatory filings
- Maintain accurate document management and case tracking systems
- Communicate with internal teams, external counsel, courts, and other stakeholders to coordinate deadlines and follow up on case progress
- Assist in translating and verifying legal documents (where applicable)
- Support attorneys with hearings, meetings, and other day to day administrative tasks
Requirements
- Solid foundation in Law, with knowledge of litigation and corporate/commercial practice areas
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing pleadings, contracts, and correspondence
- Strong Research and Document Review skills, with the ability to analyze legal sources and summarize complex materials accurately
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; prior paralegal or legal assistant experience is an advantage
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with document management systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Paralegal role based in Lusail.
- The Paralegal will support attorneys in litigation and corporate matters by conducting legal research, drafting and formatting legal documents, and organizing case files.
