Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Paralegal role based in Lusail.
  • The Paralegal will support attorneys in litigation and corporate matters by conducting legal research, drafting and formatting legal documents, and organizing case files.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing and summarizing contracts and pleadings, assisting with the preparation of court bundles and regulatory filings, and maintaining accurate document management and case tracking systems.
  • The role involves regular communication with internal teams, external counsel, courts, and other stakeholders to coordinate deadlines and follow up on case progress.
  • The Paralegal will also assist in translating and verifying legal documents (where applicable) and supporting attorneys with hearings, meetings, and other day to day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in Law, with knowledge of litigation and corporate/commercial practice areas.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Strong Research and Document Review skills, with the ability to analyze legal sources and summarize complex materials accurately.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; prior paralegal or legal assistant experience is an advantage.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
