Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with legal research and case preparation
- Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organize and maintain case files and legal records
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and external parties, schedule meetings and hearings, and maintain case calendars and deadlines
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents
- Support attorneys in litigation, corporate, and administrative matters
- Perform general administrative and legal support duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Paralegal role
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with legal research and case preparation.
