Anonymous.ai is hiring a Paralegal for its Legal & Compliance department in Dubai. The role involves drafting contracts, supporting regulatory filings, AML/KYC processes, and coordinating with regulators and external counsel.

- Draft, review & manage legal contracts and agreements
- Support regulatory filings, compliance documentation & license renewals
- Assist with AML, KYC & due diligence processes
- Coordinate with regulators, banks, EMIs, PSPs & external legal counsel
- Conduct legal research and maintain corporate legal records
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Legal Studies (Paralegal certification preferred)
- 4–7 years of Paralegal experience in Financial Services, FX, FinTech or Brokerage
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, compliance & regulatory requirements
- Experience in contract management & legal documentation
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
- UAE experience and knowledge of UAE law is an advantage
