Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Palm Worker to join our farm team in Al Ain, UAE.
The worker will be responsible for planting, maintaining, irrigating, pruning, and harvesting palm trees while ensuring proper farm maintenance and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, trim, prune, and maintain palm trees.
- Irrigate palm trees and monitor watering systems regularly.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed by the supervisor.
- Harvest dates and other palm products safely and efficiently.
- Monitor palm tree health and report pests, diseases, or damage.
- Load and unload farm materials, tools, and harvested products.
- Clean and maintain farm equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Support general farm maintenance and agricultural activities.
- Follow company safety rules and hygiene standards.
- Perform other farm-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions.
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or palm cultivation preferred.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation and palm tree care is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic communication skills in English, Arabic, or Urdu preferred.
