The purpose of the Robotic Palletizing Operator is to monitor robotic palletizing machines while following all safety policies and procedures as they collect and separate cases of egg patties and/or omelets according to product SKU and production line. This role ensures that cases are not mixed on pallets. The Distribution department, customers, and consumers benefit from the Palletizing Operator’s work by ensuring orders are sorted accurately and correctly.

High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
