Responsibilities
- Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, filling cracks or holes, and applying primers
- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and special coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment for uniform coverage
- Execute high end decorative finishes including stucco, texture painting, velvet finishes, metallic coatings, and seamless challenges on gypsum or plaster walls
- Mix and match paints or pigments accurately to achieve specific color tones and textures
- Protect floors, furniture, and adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape
- Estimate material requirements accurately to minimize wastage
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to site health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in utilizing various hand and power tools for painting, including airless sprayers, sanders, scrapers, and rollers
- Exceptional precision in checking for smooth surfaces, clean edges, crisp lines, and uniform color application for a luxury finish
- Ability to read and understand interior design specifications and color schedules
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to start quickly

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces thoroughly by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, filling cracks or holes with putty, and applying primers.
- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and special coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring uniform coverage and a clean finish.
- Execute high end decorative finishes, including stucco, texture painting, velvet finishes, metallic coatings, and seamless challenges on gypsum or plaster walls.
- Mix and match paints or pigments accurately to achieve specific color tones and textures required by the interior design plan.
- Protect floors, furniture, and adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape before painting, ensuring no paint drips or stains are left behind.
- Estimate material requirements accurately to minimize wastage while maintaining a consistent and professional quality of work.
