- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth finish.
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Mix and match paint colors to meet specific project requirements and client preferences.
- Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while using hazardous materials and operating equipment.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project specifications and adjustments.
