Responsibilities
- Prepare and spray-paint MDF, veneer, wood, and joinery items.
- Mix and match paint colours and finishes as required.
- Perform sanding, filling, priming, and polishing before painting.
- Ensure smooth, clean, and high-quality finishes.
- Inspect completed items for defects and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain spray guns, tools, and painting equipment.
- Follow workshop safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Complete work according to project deadlines and quality standards.
