Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance against KPIs
- Develop audience targeting strategies to maximise engagement and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, audiences and campaign structures
- Analyse campaign data and make recommendations to improve results
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop effective advertising assets
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing paid social campaigns within a B2C environment
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience delivering customer acquisition and conversion focused campaigns
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data led decisions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams

Role Overview
- We are partnering with a well established consumer facing organisation in the entertainment and leisure sector that is looking to hire a talented Paid Social Executive to join its growing marketing team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a data driven digital marketer with hands on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
