Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets
- Drive targeted campaign performance and support business growth
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, retargeting, and other channels
- Manage audience and geographical targeting
- Turn campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search/Text and Display)
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, geographical targeting, and campaign optimization
- Experience in programmatic advertising, trade media advertising, lead generation, and account based marketing
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Ability to translate campaign budgets into paid media allocation recommendations
- Genuine interest in or experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance

- The role involves planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive targeted campaign performance, support business growth, and expand online reach across global and regional markets
- Work across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, retargeting, and other relevant media channels
- Manage audience and geographical targeting while turning campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, including Search/Text and Display campaigns
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, geographical targeting, and campaign optimization across markets
- Excel in programmatic advertising, trade media advertising, lead generation, and account based marketing campaigns
- Can interpret campaign data and turn it into actionable recommendations with a test and learn mindset
- Can translate campaign budgets into paid media allocation recommendations
- Genuine interest in or experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms
- Experience working in B2B marketing, international maritime markets, or industry/trade focused marketing environments
