Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to improve lead generation, conversions, and ROI
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, tagging, and reporting through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics tools
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital advertising opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on experience managing paid media campaigns

Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and data driven Paid Media Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing return on advertising spend through strategic campaign management and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to improve lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
