- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Drive performance based on ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and overall growth metrics
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing and new campaign structures
- Continuously test ads, keywords, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear actions
- Reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve funnels, tracking, and conversions
- Report on performance and proactively suggest improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid advertising
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, especially Search campaigns
- Experience with Microsoft Ads is a strong plus
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical skills and confident working with data
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, CPA, ROAS, and ROI
- Proactive, independent, and results focused
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast
- Currently based in Dubai

About the Role
- One Drive Portal is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of paid advertising performance and turn ad spend into measurable business growth.
- This is a hands on role for someone who is data driven, proactive, and comfortable being directly responsible for results.
- The focus is on improving performance, maximizing ROI, reducing wasted spend, and driving consistent growth through smart campaign management and continuous testing.
