Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, based in Thuwal.
The instructor will be responsible for conducting scuba diving lessons, guiding and supervising dives, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of clients.
Duties include teaching PADI-certified courses, assessing diving skills, maintaining high safety standards, and providing excellent customer service to all participants.
The instructor will also maintain diving equipment and assist with operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Scuba Diving, including extensive practical experience
- Accreditation and active status as a PADI-certified Open Water Scuba Instructor
- Strong Communication skills to effectively teach and guide diverse groups of individuals
- Experience in supervising recreational or professional diving activities
- Commitment to safety protocols and standards during all diving activities
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage course schedules and handle equipment
- Valid medical clearance for diving activities
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and deliver exceptional client experiences
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
