- Plan and deliver structured padel coaching sessions for all skill levels.
- Conduct private, group, and academy training sessions.
- Provide personalized coaching and performance feedback.
- Assess player abilities and create tailored development plans.
- Identify and nurture talent for competitive play.
- Organize leagues, tournaments, and internal matches.
- Contribute to expanding padel coaching programs and offerings.
- Oversee proper usage of equipment and report maintenance issues
