Position Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Padel Coach to join our team and support the growth of padel in Qatar.
Ideal Profile
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker
- Experience coaching players of different levels
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable leading private and group sessions
- Experience supporting events, leagues, and tournaments
- International experience is a plus
Compensation
- Monthly Gross Salary: QAR 10,000 (Basic: QAR 5,000, Accommodation Allowance: QAR 3,000, Transportation Allowance: QAR 1,000, Cost of Living & Subsistence Allowance: QAR 1,000)
- Additional Compensation: QAR 100 per coaching hour conducted
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of the padel courts
- Deliver private and group coaching sessions
- Maintain court standards, equipment, and player experience
- Support tournaments, leagues, and community activities
Terms & Benefits
- 1 year contract (renewable)
- 6 month probation period
- Up to 9 working hours/day (including break), in accordance with local labour regulations
- 28 days paid annual leave
- End of service benefits as applicable
- One round trip flight ticket after completing 1 year of service
