Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging padel coaching sessions for juniors and adults
- Coach private lessons, group programmes and academies
- Develop players through structured, progressive coaching plans
- Build strong relationships with players, parents and members
- Support tournaments, leagues, holiday camps and club events
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service
Requirements
- Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (FIP, National Federation or Equivalent)
- Previous coaching experience with junior and adult players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Passion for developing players and growing participation in padel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Overview
- Advantage Sports Services is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Padel Coach to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
- You’ll deliver high quality coaching to juniors and adults across academies, schools, clubs and community programmes while helping grow one of the UAE’s fastest growing sports.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging padel coaching sessions for juniors and adults.

What We’re Looking For
- Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (FIP, National Federation or Equivalent).

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred
- First Aid certification.
- UAE driving licence.
- UAE coaching experience.
