Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
The Role
As a Packer, your responsibilities will include:
Packing & Export Operations
Packing products to company standards, ensuring goods arrive with customers undamaged.
Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
Monitoring packaging material stock levels and updating the Team Leader on future requirements.
Loading shipments onto vehicles for onward transportation.
Ensuring all packing activities meet secure cargo requirements.
Processing Return to Vendor (RTV) requests.
Supporting other areas of the Materials Handling department as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a packing or warehouse environment
Computer literate and comfortable working with systems
A clear and effective communicator
Able to work accurately and efficiently with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items up to 25kg
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
Committed to maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Focused on delivering excellent internal and external customer service
Desirable
FLT (Forklift Truck) Licence
