Packaging Tech at Mighty Product Center — Jackson, USA | Base Career

As a Packaging Technician, you will help support daily production and distribution operations by preparing, packaging, and organizing products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Mighty Product Center (MPC) in Jackson, TN, is the central hub supporting over 100 distributors across 45 states and five international partners.

Package materials and products accurately by hand
Assemble, prepare, clean, and line cartons and pack containers
Identify products and packaging materials by part number
Package consigned parts, kits, and related materials
Inspect products for damage or non-conformance
Maintain packaging tools and equipment, including tape guns and glue guns
Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
Assist in other production and distribution functions as needed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Clean, climate-controlled work environment
Lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and grasping throughout the shift

First Shift (7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
Monday through Friday
Overtime as needed
