Role Overview
The QC Packaging Lab Manager oversees testing, evaluation, and validation of primary and secondary packaging.
The role leads laboratory technicians, supports their training and development, and maintains safe, compliant, audit-ready operations.
The position is based onsite at the Corona headquarters Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze samples for investigations, root cause analysis, reporting, conclusions, and claim support.
- Schedule, oversee, and manage Packaging Quality Lab Technicians.
- Conduct packaging validation, evaluation, and qualification testing and routine raw material or finished beverage sampling.
- Perform Dissolved Oxygen, Total Package Oxygen, Double Seam, Enamel and Lacquer, Axial Load, Dome Growth, and Dome Reversal testing.
- Develop Packaging Good Laboratory Practices and train laboratory personnel.
- Calibrate laboratory equipment and assist with special tasks and projects.
