Packaging Operations and Innovation Co-Op

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

High degree of personal initiative and self-motivation;

Excellent organization and planning skills;

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;

Ability to work successfully in a diverse and collaborative environment.

Prior packaging experience;

Previous co-op experience;

Experience with RS Cad, TOPS, CAPE, MiniTab, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $20.75 to $58.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
