Packaging- Assistant Manager - Human Resources

· Generate procedures for continuous identification of training needs for both workers and staff.

· Prepare Training calendar

· Organize appropriate training progammes by engaging suitable faculty.

· Regular follow up on all trainings activities and make suggestions to enhance utility of human resources available in the organization.

· Evolve company’s policy on Welfare of the employees at all levels

· Emphasize health and hygiene awareness, vocational training and other schemes as are most applicable.

· Perpetual review of situation as regards the work, productivity, quality and interpersonal relations of the company.

· Effective interface with other functional areas of the company.

· Effective documentation systems.

· Contribute to corporate thought.

MBA in Human Resource with min 6 years of Experience.
