Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant who is ready to contribute a lot to both business and personal needs of a well known Business.
- This role requires close involvement in various aspects of private life management, including telesales, coordinating with clients, and supervising sales management.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments with clients and close deal.
- Booking and arranging appointment with clients.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Taking responsibility of accounts and budgets (manager’s personal accounting).
