Responsibilities
- Manage government related processes such as visa applications, labor and immigration procedures, trade license renewals, and company documentation
- Prepare, review, and submit documents to relevant authorities
- Track application statuses and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and timelines
- Maintain accurate records and databases, update client files
- Coordinate with internal teams and external government offices
- Respond to client inquiries regarding documentation and approvals
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on requirements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures including visa processing, labor and immigration requirements, and trade license regulations
- Experience handling PRO tasks such as document preparation, submission, follow up with authorities (e.g., DED, MOFA, Dubai Municipality), and compliance documentation
- Proficiency in data management, including maintaining accurate records, organizing digital and physical files, and using office software and databases
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, government officials, and internal teams
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in document clearing services, corporate services, or a similar UAE based PRO role is preferred
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is beneficial
